If a recent trademark filing by Capcom is anything to go by, then it certainly looks like the latest chapter in the Gyakuten Saiban series (otherwise known as Ace Attorney in the states) is poised for a US release.

As many know, Gyakuten Saiban 4 is the first game in the series to not feature Phoenix Wright as the lead attorney. This time you play as Housuke Odoroki, a rookie 22-year-old lawyer. That leads us to the new trademark Capcom registered, “Apollo Justice” which is listed at the US Trademark database as a “Standard Character Mark.” In a mythological sense, Apollo is the god of truth.

Putting the pieces together, either this is a whole new game that Capcom has planned, or more likely, Gyakuten Saiban 4 is coming to the US and Housuke Odoroki will be named as Apollo Justice in the localized version.
