Over on the official North American PlayStation website, Sony is hyping up a self-proclaimed “electrifying announcement” that is scheduled to take place on April 27.

Featured on the site is brief flash-based trailer depicting still images of inFamous and Uncharted 2 presented in a pictorial fashion. Logic dictates that whatever is about to go down will deal with at least one of these titles and of course, is PS3 related. Beyond that, we’re in the dark. Next week isn’t a long wait, we’ll know more soon enough.
