Atari announced today that Assault on Dark Athena, the Starbreeze-developed remake and sequel to The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, has gone gold. Featuring a single-player campaign clocking in at 11 hours, along with six diverse online multiplayer modes, the title is scheduled to ship out across North American retailers on April 7 for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360.
To commemorate the feat of completion, Atari released a selection of direct-feed screenshots from the game, all of which can be viewed after the jump. And for those that cannot wait, here’s a friendly reminder that the single-player demo is now available for download over Xbox Live and PSN.
