Microsoft announced today that PopCap’s addictive ball-bouncing puzzler Peggle will hit the Live Arcade this Wednesday. Priced at a reasonable 800 MS Points, the title features 55 single-player levels and 75 stages of the challenge mode variant. A multiplayer mode is also present in which players can square off in either a two-player duel mode or four-player peg party mode. The former can be played offline locally, while the latter is an online-only affair.
Also due this week is Crystal Defenders, a tower defense effort developed by Square Enix. Set inside the Final Fantasy Tactics universe, the game is comprised of 300 levels spread across 3 separate chapters. Price of admission is 800 MS Points.
Over on the DLC front, an additional level dubbed “River Redirect” for interglacial action adventure title The Maw drops this week. It’ll carry a price point of 160 MS Points.
