If you recall, EA announced its plans yesterday to unveil a new game in development on March 12. Today, EA launched an all-new teaser page on the Army of Two website for what appears to be a sequel to the original co-op focused hit. Seems to be more than a mere coincidence, no?

Hidden inside the page HTML source is the following text that reads, “the definitive third person co-op shooter is back.” Elsewhere, there are numerous references to Army of Two: TFD, indicating the sequel may carry a subtitle. Additionally, “EAM” is listed under studio name, which obviously stands for EA Montreal.

At this point we’re convinced Army of Two: TFD is the mystery title set to be unveiled next week.
